INTRODUCTION

First time visitors to Europe are sometimes at a loss as to what to do and see. Compounding that is the difficulty of getting good elementary information about the location, prices, open hours, and other important basics. One of the important basics is how to minimize time in line so you can maximize time inside. Hint, buy your tickets on line rather than waiting in line.

Dug out from the complex web sites under the beautiful pictures, herewith you will find the data you need. It is presented in handy compact tables. Each introductory page also has a short paragraph or two of historical notes, a link to the official web site for the museum at hand, and perhaps a photo showing the line waiting to get in. There is far more detail on those pages regarding special events and such, and how to buy your ticket on line.

Reader feedback is welcome and appreciated. See the note below.
